In faultless cases, information shall be provided within 15 calendar days, in compliance with Article 14 (3) (c) of Act No. 106/1999 Sb. Owing to serious reasons, this time of 15 calendar days may be extended by additional 10 days by Director of the CZSO Information Services Department or by Director of a given Regional Office; the user shall be notified of this extension.
