The main aim of the Programme is to provide support to the employers operating in the Czech Republic who wish to employ qualified foreign workers in the Czech Republic.
The Programme is intended for workers from Ukraine, Mongolia, Serbia, Philippines, India, Belarus, Moldovia, Montenegro, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia and North Macedonia.
The Programme is intended for:
- newly hired employees occupying the job positions classified according to the updated CZ-ISCO Classification of Occupations into the main classes 4 – 8, in manufacturing industry, services or the public sector;
- employers operating in the Czech Republic for at least 2 years, without any due commitments to the state (no tax arrears, no arrears in respect of payments and penalties to health and social insurance) and who employ at least 6 persons for at least 3 consecutive months at the date of submission of the application.
The employees included to the Programme are granted:
- an opportunity to submit their visa application at the Representative Office of the Czech Republic abroad.
Applications for admission to the Programme are assessed by the following business associations and agencies:
- Czech Chamber of Commerce + its regional offices;
- Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic;
- Confederation of Employers' and Business Associations of the Czech Republic;
- Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Crafts CZ;
- Chamber of Agriculture CZ;
- Chamber of Food-processing industry CZ;
- Union of Agriculture CZ;
- Chamber of Forestry-woodworking industry CZ;
- Association of Private Agriculture CZ;
- Investment and Business Development Agency CzechInvest.
The submission of the applications for admission to the Programme is based on code generating system. The unique code is generated by business associations and agencies assessing the applications for admission to the Programme, who assign this code to the individual applications. Only one exception in this system is granted to the Ukraine workers. Their applications for admission are assessed in the same way as in the former Regime Ukraine.
There is no legal entitlement for the admission to the Programme.
