IV. Migration and migration programs
I have a partner, workers, workers in the Russian Federation - how do I get them to the Czech Republic - in the current situation it is rather impossible, the government on Friday 25.2. approved that the issuance of visas to Russian citizens is not in the interest of the Czech Republic and that visa applications will not be accepted, and if the procedure for a visa application already submitted is still pending, it will be stopped. However, entry should be allowed to citizens of the Russian Federation who have a valid residence permit in the Czech Republic and meet the conditions of the protective measure of the Ministry of Health regarding entry into the territory of the Czech Republic.
I have a partner, workers, workers in Ukraine, how do I get them to the Czech Republic - due to the announced mobilization in Ukraine, men aged 18-60 are currently banned from leaving Ukraine. Otherwise, it is possible to come to the Czech Republic with a biometric passport on the basis of visa-free travel, with further formalities being resolved in the Czech Republic. Holders of residence permits in the Czech Republic may also arrive, however, it is necessary to respect the current rules in Ukraine, which may make it impossible to travel to the Czech Republic.

I have a partner, worker, workers in Belarus - as I get them to the Czech Republic - citizens with a valid residence permit can still come to the Czech Republic, for the time being there are also government economic migration programs for Belarus and it is possible to include Belarusian citizens in them.
More information can be found on:
I miss the workers from Ukraine, where can they come from, where can the information be found - the Ministry of Industry and Trade implements 3 government programs of economic migration. Two programs for highly qualified foreigners for positions CZ-ISCO 1-3 operate worldwide (newly suspended due to Russia) and a qualified employee program with a capacity of 40,000 Ukrainian workers per year. However, this program also allows you to get workers from other countries - Mongolia, Philippines, India, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Serbia and Montenegro, it is also possible to apply for workers from other countries in accordance with the Government Decree 220/2019 Coll. on the maximum number of applications that can be accepted at embassies.
